Whoever invented SALTED CARAMEL CAKE is AWESOME!!!
I saw it on foodnetwork today - thought it looked amazing.
Went out to dinner tonight and they had it on the menu.
OMG... its a PMS'ing girls DREAM.
Duncan Hines has 2 cakes that might work - a caramel cake and a tres leche cake. There is a recipe for choc chip caramel bars... w/ the icing I think would be amazing.
The restaurant had a white/vanilla cake, TV had choc...

Klondike bars came out with caramel pretzel bars, they are delicious also.

I think I saw that too!!! Was that the show with the funny guy, who knows a lot about food chemistry? I think he made salted caramels that day ? Mary
