Whole-Body Cleanse
I just bought a Wild By Nature brand "Natural Cleanse Complex." It's a two-week cleanse program, 8 caplets a day. I have never done a cleanse; what can I expect? For anyone who has done one, how should I eat? Do you eat normally? Exercise the same? Just not sure if I'm like, supposed to eat green salad and have water only for 2 weeks! According to the label, everything I need to "naturally" flush my body of toxins is in the pills.....I hope this doesn't make my skin breakout due to toxins ridding themselves from the body...but then again, I guess that's the point.

Re: Whole-Body Cleanse
I've done them twice before. I don't remember eating any differently and I didn't break out. I actually felt better afterwards and I will probably do one again soon. I just "felt" healthier, I can't explain it. Maybe it's all in my head, I don't know...

Re: Whole-Body Cleanse
You can expect stomach aches, gassiness, cramping, weak and you probably won't want to eat because you'll be afraid to =( good luck though!

LOL My husband and I did that master cleanse with the syrup that you drink (romantic right?) as the other poster said, you do feel great afterwards, but I wasn't going to lie and say that it was a fun process.. Good luck!

Re: Whole-Body Cleanse
I attempted to do this once about a year ago, and it was also about 8 caplets a day and a horrible tasting drink to go along with it, I lasted about 4 days and then gave up!
It was too much for me to follow...im not one to take pills-I dont even take vitamins because I always forget-
I remember around the 2nd day I started getting really bad headaches-but I think it couldve been from cutting down on my coffee intake(the diet that went along w/the cleansing program was strict with the amount of caffiene intake) sorry-Im not much of a help, but curious to see if you think it helped you in any way....keep us posted please! thanks!

i have to have coffee, but i will cut the cups down. i will cut wine, although a glass of red never hurt anyone and is beneficial b/c of the antioxidants. i just feel my liver and colon need a good cleanse. sometimes i have bathroom issues...not to be gross, but i know some of us discussed relying on coffee to be able to "go" to the bathroom, and that's just not healthy.
