Re: whole wheat pasta...
trader joes has good w. wheat pasta.
Here is a good quick recipe--dk measurements--I kind of made it up and I eye it.
boil salted water-throw in 2 heads diced brocolli raab and time for 5 mins, drain. saute sliced garlic and olive oil, salt and pepper, red pepper and add raab/ In another pan--saute sausage out of casing--about 1 pound, with alittle olive oil and garlic when browned add 1/4 cup w. wine and chicken broth and simmer until reduced/. Mix this with raab and boil pasta and add to pasta/
optional: add 1 can cannellini beans to sausage mixture. yummy!

Re: whole wheat pasta...
I like the thinner spaghettini if I use whole wheat - regular whole wheat pasta just seems a bit heavy to me. Sometimes I mix with regular pasta.

Re: whole wheat pasta...
I am not sure of the brand, but it is imported from Italy and it is YUMMY!
I find Hodgsen Mills and San Georgio to be too grainy
