Who's good at riddles??
I am sooo bad at them... anyone care to give it a try???
Chip said to Dale, "If you give me one acorn, then we will have an equal number of acorns." Dale replied with Delight, "If you give me one acorn, then I will have double the number you have!" What was the total number of acorns they had in their trees? How many did Chip have and how many did Dale have?
I would say chip has 0 and dale has 2... but I don't think 2 is double 0.. 2 is actually double 1....

In order for Dale to give one to Chip, and wind up with an equal number, Dale must have 2 more than Chip.
Chip Dale
1 3 (2)(2), but (0)(4) doesnt work
2 4 (3)(3), but (1)(5) doesn't work
3 5 (4)(4), but (2)(6) doesn't work
4 6 (5)(5), but (3)(7) doesn't work
5 7 (6)(6) and (4)(8)
12 total. 5 for Chip, 7 for Dale.
