Who's running cow harbor?
I cannot believe it is only 2.5 months away. I am running it this year for the first time and I heard the course is tough. I will be doing the training runs next month. Also, my new house is like .25 away from the start so if anyone wants to meet at my house the morning of so you don't have to shuttle over , just send me an fm.
I am so excited !!!

I'm running it!! I have done it about 10 times and I just love the spirit of it!
don't worry about James Street - it's a small part of the race and it's over early in the race. the last mile is all downhill !

Me! I did it last year when I was 8 wks pregnant with my second son. Now he's 10 weeks old and I just started running again so I'm worried I won't be ready but plan on being there regardless of how I do. I'm looking forward to it!

I ran CH after both my kids @ 14 and 12 weeks PP -- if you can do it pregnant you'll be fine!
