Yes, I agree. I wonder what state they are in. Also, home schooling? I haven't seen a teacher coming.

That was an awful episode - Unbelievable. I hope the local CPS unit made a visit and rescued the girls - did you notice how malnourished the older girl Brittany looked? Those poor kids.

This was a very heartbreaking episode. I did not see the end, did the family seem to be making any progress in taking the responsibility away from the teenage daughters?
I really hope that either the show or some other agency is checking up on this family to make sure the abuse stopped.

I was HORRIFIED when I saw that last night. Those poor girls. Someone really needs the step in and make sure the girls are OK.
That mother needed to be smacked. How can someone in their right mind think that teenagers should be running the household.

Disgusting!!! I hope CPS stepped in.
It was about 2 teen girls (14 and 17) who were home schooled - were basically acting as the parents for three young boys - cleaning the entire home, doing all the chores, taking care of the 3 boys -while mom and dad were out all day at work and even when they came home - were totally hands off on the parenting (putting that nicely). The girls were unable to go out with friends etc, do their school work b.c they were too busy taking care of the kids and so they were basically flunking out of school.
I thought it was disgusting that the parents were like the girls are just trying to take advantage and get out of doing work (when the Nanny gave the parents most of the chores). It was so upsetting when the girl said oh they are just pretending to get better for the cameras and as soon as they leave they will just go back to their old ways.
I don't understand WHY people like that have kids - if you have no intention of taking care of them why bother?
I loved when the father said his parents were monsters and treated him horribly so he swore he would never treat his children like that

What happened ???
Two older daughters (17 and 14) were left in charge of the house and their THREE younger brothers from like 9 in the morning till 7 at night. They had to clean, cook meals, etc etc and were apparently doing some online highschool stuff? The poor girls were like slaves while both parents went out to work... i was so disgusted I never even waited around to see what happened in the end.
