Why am I afraid of my mom.....
because I have Catholic guilt!!!!!! I hate it! I always feel that I have to walk on egg shells around her! I am well aware that my father died and that she is lonely and angry....but I just feel so obligated to include her in everything and now I cannot talk to her about something and I hate that feeling of uncomfortableness!

Do you need to talk to her face to face or can you talk to her on the phone.
It's usually easier that way for me

catholic guilt stinks sometimes you'd be surprised at what you can talk about with a catholic mom that you never thought you could - take it from a btdt  with an EXTREMELY catholic mother
