Why am i crampy?? (RP from NFR)
Girls i need your thoughts. My period ended on MONDAy and i still feel really crampy. Its hard to explain bc this NEVER happened to me after my period.
Its not painful or otherwise bothersome, just noticeable. Does that make sense?
THOUGHTS?????
Has this ever happened to anyone?

This happened to me last month... it went away though and I got my period on a normal 28 cycle.

Unfortunately I get that every month. It seems that I am only 1 week cramp free  I usually get cramps right after its done, for about a week, than nothing, than ovulation cramps followed by PMS.
Thus, I think it happens and totally normal.
