Why am I so hungry today?

For breakfast I had low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal and one weight watchers yogurt. I've been doing this all week and haven't had a problem, but this morning I'm still feeling hungry, it's taking all my will power not to go down to the cafeteria and grab a buttered bagel. Chat Icon

I just ate a 100 calorie snack pack of wheat thins. I may go heat up my soup shortly too!

I feel like all I do lately is eat and think about food! Today is one week on WW, I had to weigh in on Tuesday since that will be my regular weigh in day, and I lost .8 from Friday.

Yeah I agree with the above. Sometimes you can even feel hungry when you are really thirsty.

Also, I would try and stay away from things like eating 100 calorie snacks. I would opt for fruit and a piece of low fat cheese.

If you are hungry all the time I would also consider adding more protein to your meals. I like to eat 2 egg whites on a light stop and shop bagel with a slice of 2% cheese in the mornings and it's only 2.5 pts for the whole thing and very filling.
