Why am I still sad?
I went to the Dr. yesterday for a follow-up and I saw all of these women with their big bellies. I had to choke back the tears.
Everytime I see a baby it's the same thing.
I didn't think this would get to me so much.
You make so many life plans for this little seed inside of you that you can barely see on a monitor.
Then my Dr tells be it might happen again. I can't even try to get pregant until next month and I can't imagine going through this again.
I am so scared.

i still get sad and upset all the time.. it just a constant reminder, and for me it has never gone away. that sadness of feeling empty .
it is scary, but we have to battle through that fear and keep on trying for that miracle!

My m/c was in March and I still get upset. I think it's something we'll always carry with us and remember.
And each new PG will bring all that fear and anxiety back until we're "out of the woods".
Sorry I don't have better advice.....
