Why can't DH take care of the twins for a few hours?

I went out with the girls tonight. Dinner and a movie...Why is it that I get a phone call at 10:20 to come home and James won't stop crying!

He goes out Friday nights and Sunday for football! This was the first night in 12 weeks that I have gone out! Why can't he step up and take responsibility for the babies? Why does he get a break and I don't....I am so angry right now!

BTW, all James needed was a little topper of formula and has been asleep since 10:45!

URRRRR I'd be soooooooooo mad. Why don't they get these are their children too & they should be able to step up & take care of them no matter what....fussy or not.

I remember in the beginning this happened to me too but instead of calling me he went to his moms...it still made me mad though. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

DH did the same thing to me when DD was a few weeks old. By the time I drove home, she was alsleep. I was not a happy camper!

That happened to me once when Jack was three months old - I was at Target relaxing and DH calls and says he can't calm him down. We got into a huge blowout that night and now he knows he can't do that to me anymore.

I am with him ALL DAY LONG and don't call him for every little freakout he has.

I'm sorry you had to come home - I would def. talk to your husband (Or yell at Chat Icon ) and tell him that is unacceptable!! Chat Icon Chat Icon
