Why do I always think I'm pregnant?
Every month, I think, or fear that I am pregnant, even when I get my
period. I still take a test! It leaves my mind constantly wandering and running!
I don't know what this means ? Can anyone else relate?

Yeah I get nervous about it too.
I have always had very irregular periods all my life.
Sometimes I can go for 3 months without a period. During those times I am always freaking out about it.
When I do take a test I sit there with my heart in my throat and butterflies in my stomach while waiting for it to register... just like I was a teenager scared of being pregnant.
You would think that in my 30's and married with a home and a job etc it would be different- but I still dread the thought....

I am on the pill and there have been months where I thought I was pregnant too.. Freaks me out every time

I fear this every month.
and hope and pray i am not.
Its the worst feeling ever. the weird thing is, i think god forbid, i feel embarassed like i wouldn't even want to tell anyone.
maybe i would tell one friend, but i dont even know.
Ugh i hate thinking about it

OMG I could have written this.
I often picture all the people saying Congratulations and getting all excited if I told them I was pregnant and I cringe.
I dont' know how I'd react.
They'd be congratulating me and I'd be like- um, this really wasn't planned, um, I'm kind of in shock, um please don't congratulate me.
Then everyone would think I was a horrible person and had something wrong with me for not being over the moon thrilled. But I can't help it- it's how I feel.
And I also wouldn't want to tell anyone either... I'd feel strange telling people...even my family!
