Why do I bother stepping on the scale at 4 pm?
I am getting so depressed, because I thought I gained another pound.  Then I realized that it was 4pm in the afternoon and that is after eating breakfast and lunch.
But what can I do to slow weight gain? I am off prednisone, which I completely blame for my weight so far. I am trying to really watch what I eat, but I am going crazy. UGH!

Yeah - ONLY first thing in the morning do you weigh yourself..... naked! every little bit counts!!!

I am with you- only weigh myself first thing in the morning with a completely empty stomach....in the buff!

And I was almost in tears. I am annoyed that I gained about 10 pounds already and I was so proud that I started swimming laps again. And I was about to hurl that scale out the window!

Stop weighing yourself at home.
I removed my scale from the bathroom & put it away. I only get weighed at the doctor's office.
