I dont think the OP is talking about just regular "being proud" conversations. There are people that HAVE to prove that they are better than you ALL THE TIME.
For example:
Friend A"Ohhh Sally slept through the night at 12 weeks"
Friend B: "Oh well Joey has been doing it since six. Id DIE if he was still waking up at 12 weeks"
Friend A: "Marissa is doing great in Kindergarten. I can't wait to meet with the teacher"
Friend B: " Jake's teacher has already called me twice to say how sweet his is to all the other kids"
I know someone like this and I HATE IT
see, that IS annoying....but it doesn't really reflect the title of the post....
I agree with Lori. I didn't get that from the OP post either. I think we all know someone like that.
