I leave work at 4:30. I won't answer answer my phone after 4:15, just in case it's something that will keep me past 4:30.... :)
My boss knows better than to ask me to stay late. If he (or anyone else) stops by after 4:20 or so, I'll jot down what they want, and tell them I'll get to it tomorrow (or Monday).
