Why is my grass brown but my sidewalk green?
I noticed this morning that my lawn is getting very brown (as are most of the neighbors' yards, too), but my sidewalk is a nice, luscious green (it's been two hot and muggy to get rid of the weeds between the pavers)....

Sprinklers watering the sidewalk? I know we have the same issue. Our grass is getting missed, but our driveway is nice and watered.

It's like the crabgrass on my lawn. The landscapers wanted to put down weed killer last week and I was like, "No! That's the only part of my lawn that's green!"

No, I don't bother watering. Just uses extra water and electricity. Most of the time, my yard looks as green (or brown) as the lawns that are watered... I just let nature take its course.
