Please tell me you have the magic way to get my 2 year old to stop asking me WHY all the time?
I've tried "Y is a crooked letter", "because", "ask daddy"....

I do the same
I actually enjoy the whole "why" thing (because it is sually replacing him arguing with me about something )

I have the same problem...everything is why, where, what or How. I try to answer with as much honesty as I can. When it gets annoying I simply say "I already told you". I feel your pain

I feel your pain. Almost every morning when DD wakes up she asks me "Where we going?" - especially if we get dressed first thing after waking up. I make things up sometimes so she quits asking me.

I wish I could say it gets better, but it doesn't...DD will be 3 next month and I feel like I'm interrogated daily
A sample conversation while we're driving:
"Why is that car red?" I answer something random.
"But why did that man want a red car? Why not a yellow car?" I give another random answer.
"Where's he driving to?" I give a random answer, he's going to work.
"Where does he work?" Random answer given.
"Does he work every day?"
Inquiring minds definitely want to know everything

OMG this is Alyssa too. and she is going to be 4 next month. It seems to be getting worse. The WHY questions seem to go on forever in the car especially. I try to ask her what SHE thinks instead but that only deters her for as minute or too
