I am generally anti-social networking sites. I DO have FB to keep up with family and friends I know well or see on a regular basis. I am EXTREMELY picky about who my FB friends are.
My policy is absolutely NO co-workers. Period. I actually work with one of my closest friends and I wouldn't even add her to my FB.
I don't even ever write about work -- but I insist on keeping work and my personal life separate.
That said, this whole thing made me And I have to say that I love her boss.

My neighbor was just let go after she vented about her boss on FB. Thsi followed a real life "incident." but still...
