WI didn't go so well this morning
I gained a lot in Disney and now I have that much more to lose...I am so mad at myself

Vacations are always hard. (Um, hello, my whole summer VACATION has been one lame attempt at WW.)
Remind yourself that today is a new day, and tomorrow is another new day.

i right with u kathleen. we just have to take it one day at a time. if u keep on going to the gym it should help. with my b-day next weekend, it won't help matters

Joining WW and then going on vacation is very hard. Like Azad said it is temporary get right back on track and it will come off plus more. Think positive...you went to the meeting and faced it when you could have skipped out.

K, im sure now that school is starting you will be able to get it under control more. I def gained a few extra lbs this summer but i let myself enjoy it bc now that school is under way, i can pack my lunches and i will workout more regularly

I am in the same boat & was going to post something similar today (although I don't do WW).
My weight has been a constant yo-yo since I've been married. I have gained and lost 10 - 15 lbs 3 times in the past year and a half and I am so tired of the cycle.
I was away for a wedding last weekend and I just weighed myself this morning and between all of the drinking and eating I gained 6 lbs! I didn't think that was even possible in 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I have to say is that from this point on I am making this my #1 priority! You can do it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just about to say the same thing. We always eat more when we are on vacation. It should be no problem to drop that once you get back into your regular routine.
