Re: Wine and Cheese Party
I LOVE a nice Merlot (I like Bogle Merlot actually) with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. It's the most delicious, perfect pairing in the world. Add some crusty bread with a good olive oil and I'm in heaven.

Re: Wine and Cheese Party
It's hard for me because I don't eat cheese that stinks. And it seems all cheese stinks.
But I do love wine and cheese! I just have to smell it first.
ETA- Brie is always good!

Re: Wine and Cheese Party
My faves: Cranberry cinnamon goat cheese on a wheat cracker paired with a Pinot Noir
Manchego on a crusty baguette (& fig preserves) paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon
I want wine and cheese for dinner now lol

Wine and Cheese Party
I love any kind of cheese and a bottle or 2 of Riesling- I'll drink any wine and eat anything. I may not be of help but I think guests will like a nice choice of wines, along with cheese varieties, crackers, fruit, and maybe a hot pasta dish!!!

Re: Wine and Cheese Party
I love all brie's and all goat cheese's especially those with fruit in it (like fig & honey) or black pepper ones. I like mine with dry white wines, like a sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio
