Moscato is pretty sweet on it's own, so I think I'd do a less sweet dessert.. maybe a tart fruit parfait with very lightly sweeted cream, raspberries and biscuits? Or a Zambaglione with some late summer berries. Maybe a vanilla panna cotta with a little candied lemon? I think regardless I would stick with something that has fruit as opposed to chocolate. Moscato is very floral and fruity and I don't think it pairs great with chocolate.

If you get one of the sweeter ones I might even opt for a cheese board and grapes and sliced apples to pair with it rather than a traditional cake or what not.

Thanks Jeannie - I may go with the panna cotta. It sounds simple enough.
