Wish DD (and me luck)-we changed day cares

I'm a little nervous as we just changed day care centers. She was at her old center since she was 2 months. We loved them but with the changing economy, enrollment was down and they cut some of the programs that we loved.

We really struggled with this decision, as she loved her old teachers. Friday (her last day) was so hard and her teacher and I both cried-I did a lot more of that over the weekend, really hoping we made the right decision.

Her new center is fantastic and we had visited several times aver the last couple of weeks to help with the transition and a friend of hers is in her class.

This week, MIL is visiting so she is helping us with the transition by picking her up a few hours after drop off so Claire can ease into the change.

DD was a little apprehensive this morning, but we stayed for an hour and when they announced it was time for cheerios and milk she left me high and dry.

Hopefully the rest of the morning/week goes this well

I hope it goes well-- I'm sure she'll do great! And that's awesome that your MIL can pick her up sooner this week to help ease the transition!
