mmm this sounds yummy, how did it come out?

if you're not crazy into cooking want something quick to throw together and bring to dinner at other people's houses that's a good meat-like substitute, we just ordered these soy curls for the first time, and we love them. http://butlerfoods.com/wheretobuy/orderonline.html

brought them to thanksgiving dinner w vegan stuffing and a mushroom gravy (i can give you the recipes if you like) and that coupled w the veggie sides made for a really nice thanksgiving dinner and wasn't hard to make at ALL!

hope you had a great day Chat Icon

that looks good!!

happy to hear it turned out well.

i use a lentil-as-meat recipe that we have every once in a while, so i know this would go over well in my house.

thanks for sharing

that is awesome!!! i love when people enjoy the veggie food we make. my family is not always too eager to try it but when friends do they usually enjoy.

and how can someone not eat vegetables?! that's crazy!

glad it was a success. Chat Icon

DD can't have milk so I'm always looking for some new things and was thinking I might try some vegan dishes. Since you said this was good I might give it a try. Was it easy to make?

I doubled it since i was bringing it to a party, so there was a lot of chopping (the onions, zucchin, caulifour) but i think once everything is chopped its not that difficult.
