Wish us luck.. off to BRU to fight them about my dd crib.
I posted earlier about the leg damage and crib about to collapse.. called manufacture and said i have to go through BRU. BRU gave me a hard time a few months ago regarding this crib and the time when it had the recall. Should be quiet interesting. Wish Us LUCK please!

That's just aggravating to have to go back there!
Good luck- don't back down. Those cribs are anything, but cheap and should NOT break like that.

Good Luck. Hold your ground and you can tell them they will lose more than just your business if they don't rectify the situation.
