How come when I am on Yahoo I still see an add that says:
"$425,000 loan for $1250/mo. Bad Credit Ok"

it's a teaser- it's never going to happen anyway
and that is one hell of the neg am loan to get that payment on that loan amount
brokers can offer the loans- but there are no programs left to close them thru
