With just over a week until Thanksgiving...
...I still haven't finalized my menu or started shopping! Thankfully I am only hosting a few people but I think I am in denial 
Ideas so far...
Turkey w/gravy
Stuffing muffins
Roasted veggies (brussel sprouts/carrots/parsnips)
Mashed potatoes
Cranberry sauce
?Some sort of sweet potato dish
?homemade rolls
Atleast dessert is taken care of, my mom is bringing all the pies.........
I really need to get motivated

that sounds pretty good.
Sweet potatoes can be basic..you can just bake them or make a sweet potato pie or something like that.
How about appys before?
