I love both. I'd probably wear the first one, it's a bit more formal, but my only concern would be the length. I don't know how tall you are, but I'm 5'4' and that length sometimes looks awkward on me, but if you have time to go to a seamstress I'd get it!

The rouched is super-sexy and the ruffled one, while also very pretty, is more safe. I guess it depends on your preference. But if it were me, I'd pick the rouched!

I like the ruffled wrap better. I've never been a fan of one-shoulder dresses/tops and I think that the wrap would be more comfortable, especially with the cold weather.
