Wonderful new Re: Our Future Home!
Just got a call from my lawyer's office. The seller has sent my lawyer all documentation regarding the termite treatment and repairs that were completed, along with the electric work being done. We're waiting on the survey inspection that is being completed this weekend, so the report will be delivered to my lawyer on Monday/Tuesday and then we'll be scheduling our closing date!!!!!
YAY!!!!! I'm so giddy right now!!!!
