wont go to bed

my 7.5 month old had been going down at 6:30 since about 4 months. with no crying. for the past week, she screams when i put her down. once she calms down, she lies in brib whining for awhile. is it time to move bedtime later? is it possible she needs and earlier bedtime? she actually gets cranky around 6. also, she started to refuse to nurse before bed. overall, bedtime has become a nightmare. any advice? and btw, whoever stole my angel sleeper, you can return her now, thank you very much.
