Woo Hoo!!! Got the mortgage committment!!
OMG I'm so excited!!! I've been so nervous to even tell anyone about the house because I felt like even though we were "in contract" it wasn't really going to be ours until we got the mortgage commmittment, and I'm such a pessimist sometimes I feel like I was just waiting for the other shoe to drop. But, we got it, and the seller wants to close by April 28th!
Think it's too early to start packing??

Absolutely not too early. We've been in contract since early February and got our mortgage commitment yesterday but I've been packing for a few weeks already. We're not closing until the end of May or beginning of June at the seller's request.
