wood floor cleaning device
new to the whole wood floor thing....i guess i don't need my vacuum anymore! what do you use in its place?

I still use my vacuum with the floor attachment, then go over the floors with a very lightly dampened cloth.
If I am in a rush, I use a dry swiffer, never a wet one.

I vacuum with the hard floor attachment and for "mopping" I use a swiffer like microfiber thing, I think maybe by scotchbrite or quickie that is machine washable. Dampen it with water, ring it out well then squirt a wood floor cleaner on the mop.
We have dogs... I have to vacuum. Sweeping does not do good enough.
