Woohoo! Good news!
For once!!
DH owns his own company and some former investors filed a lawsuit against him. It was supposed to go to trial in November, and I've been worried sick about it because if they won, his company would likely go defunct.
BUT, DH's attorneys filed a motion for summary judgment. The former investors dropped the ball and never replied, so the Judge, today, granted DH's motion AND granted his counterclaim for reimbursement of all attorney fees.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
