Woohoo! Mortgage payment went down for 2010!
We got our escrow info last night in the mail and since we filed for a homestead exemption (similar to star in NY I guess) our taxes went way down!  So now our mortgage payment (taxes are included in it) is almost $100 less per month for 2010 - starting in Jan.
Now you guys would be REALLY jealous of our payment.

that is awesome! Congrats! We are in waiting to see what our mortgage comes down to because we won our grieve for our taxes. It's probably going to be $100-200 less once we get our new tax bill.  YAY!
