Word doc help
PLease help me! I feel spastic. I have a word doc- a resume. I am trying to paste it onto a different word doc- which has my company letter head. But every time I paste, the letter head disappears, or only appears on page 2. Any thoughts?

Re: Word doc help
Is the letterhead inserted as an image? If so you may need to format the image so that it goes behind the text.

Re: Word doc help
OK- so I finally found it- it's saved as an image header. I tried ot change it to show behind text, and it's still disappearing! Grrr.

Re: Word doc help
Dumb question, but when you paste the document, are you sure you're putting it in the body and not in the header?

Re: Word doc help
OK- well I sort of got it. Not that it will fix future problems though. I just copied the image and pasted it into a new word file. Weird issues.

Dumb question, but when you paste the document, are you sure you're putting it in the body and not in the header? good question, and I would assume so, since the header is not even highlightable- it's just encrypted on the page. So I would go below it and paste. Do you think the whole doc is saved as a header?

Re: Word doc help
That's what I'm wondering, but I have no idea how to check that. We're out of my Word comfort zone now.
Glad you got it to work anyway!
