Words With Friends App question-

hey all

when you send a message using the words with friends chat bubbles, does that count as a text message?

we just got a phone bill that states we've sent a TON more texts than we ever have... im just wondering if i've gone overboard sending people pics of my little guy, or if its the words with friends app...

I realllllly don't think it's the words with friends app!! .... My DH and I use the kik app to text and it doesn't count as a text!!

ETA: and kik is an app that' specifically MADE for texting!


Actually, you should just get the kik app and use THAT to text!!!!!!! It's even better than regular texting because it's quicker

You really should download Kik My DH doesn't have a texting plan on his phone... but we use Kik instead and you don't pay for it

No, you aren't charged for those texts. I have an Ipod touch and use that all the time when I am playing the game.

There are so many free apps out there you can use for texting!! AIM, MSN Messanger, google talk! all for free!!!
