Work history?
When you are filling out work history & the supervisor is no longer at the co or the co is closed how do you answer that professionally? Thanks.

I've always just listed a general #.
And I always supply at least 3 additional direct #'s for references that I know people can reach easily.
Most places I've ever worked at only need to speak to 2.
