work issue...
I have a VERY small department where I work - about 10 people. And I am new here - started about 4 months ago.
THere is ONE other secretary who I never deal with - barely say hello to - and is directly under the head of our department. And I didn't give her a gift
Should I have bought her something as well? Should I bring her in something small tomorrow? When I handed out the gifts I saw her look over to me and now I feel bad.

Either nothing for her (since you don't seem to do any work for her) or something small for her and the two other people in your department you didn't buy for.

I don't buy for anyone in my dept. bc it then has to be an all or nothing situation. I agree. Get her something small and then the other two something small as well.
