Powerhouse in Miller Place I also go to the heritage park in Mt Sinai to walk with the baby too

Haven't gone yet but I was planning to start this weekend or in two weeks (due to some obligations):
Stroller Strides on Saturday at the NYSC at the Deer Park outlets @ 9:30AM
Zumba @ Bet U Can Dance on Jericho in ENPT Sunday: 10:00-11:00am
Weeknights are impossible for me.
Hmmm...Lilly eats around 10 but if I can figure something out let me know if you want some company for Stroller Strides.

Devon- I take DS for walks all the time at Hecksher, even went today, it was gorgeous!
I belong to NYSC, I go to the one on Jericho Tpke in Commack, haven't committed to any one class yet...

I'm upstate and go to my local Y...so far I've gone to Zumba, Cardio kickboxing, pilates, body sculpting and have used the regular gym stuff and their indoor track.
I haven't gone in a week because I was sick, but tomorrow I'm going back! 
and the best part?? They have free babysitting while you work out!

umm, I would love to go with you.
um, me too!!!! We did this for my friends bachelorette party, it was SO fun and a great workout. I'm on the mailing list for another pole dancing class.

Hot yoga, Massapequa on Sunrise Hwy
I go Thursdays @ 8PM, and Saturday & Sunday @ 7:30 AM.
They have a really cheap trial if anyone is interested. It's $20 for 10 days (unlimited for the 10 days). In that time you get a real feel if it your cup of tea or not.

I took one with stroller strides. I say yoga pants & tank are most comfy but still sneakers!
