In most studios, no - only in gyms - most studios do drop in, but usually are pricier than getting a punch card there....

I go to an AMAZING Zumba class in East Northport, let me know if you want the info! 
Where & When 
She teaches Tues and Thurs nights, I can get the exact times.
I go on Sunday mornings at 10am.
The class is insane. Such a great workout, and so much fun!
Where are the classes? Do you have a phone #?

I went to the kickboxing class in hicksville last night. Ouch! My arms  First I thought my legs were going to kill me b/c literally 15 minutes into it, I couldn't feel them, honest to god, I felt like I had to pull them up with my arms (it was like having an epi all over again) 
& I also tore open a knuckle b/c I didn't have gloves or tape to wrap my hands (so, note to self on that one!)
All in all, loved it and will do it every wed.! He does killer abs too!
There is also a Monday night and Friday night class.
