Work out pants/capris that don't ride down?
I'm not sure if it's my body type or what but, I have the most annoying issue when I run - the waist of the capris or pants (spandex) always rides down! It really hampers my run because I'm constantly pulling up the pants! I've tried bigger, smaller - it always happens! I mostly by the Gap Fit stuff but, it happens with other brands too!
If you have had this problem and found something that works pls share! THanks!!!!

I have no great suggestions but my pants fall down when I run also. Super annoying.

I've never had that problem but I did just buy a pair from Victoria's Secret that claim they don't ride down. They are a higher than normal waist. I got them to hide my mommy pouch and like them so far.

I have a lot of Gap tights and find that my lululemon and Nike ones stay snug around my waist much better. It's just better quality material.

I wear either Under Armour or Adidas spandex capris/leggings...I have never had a problem with them moving around when I run.

Like the Nike capris but I also like the Moret brand they sell at Modells.
