How do you organize what you wear to work?

Do you wear black pants every day? Do you mix it up? Skirts one day, dress another day??

I am really boring, so there isn't anything to organize lol. I wear black pants every day. I have a bunch of pairs of the same two types of pants... one type is a a bit more flared and the other is an ankle length style. I have probably three or four pairs of each. All in black. What can I say. When I find something comfortable, I stick with it! I wear different tops, so my goal is to try to not wear the same top in a two week time span. Pretty much always wear the same shoes (again, same thing as above. Except with shoes, my criteria drops to "tolerable" instead of "comfortable") Thankfully, I work with 98% men, so no one really notices what I am wearing. If I wore a skirt or a dress, I am sure one of them would ask who was getting married or if I had an interview. Because of the type of work I do, I need to wear relatively flat shoes. Because my feet suck, I need to wear relatively supportive shoes. I haven't found utopia and unicorns yet, so I suffer through barely tolerable ballet flats from Target lol.

I really, really do wish I had any fashion sense (hence the reason I am ever even on this board... hoping maybe some of it will rub off on me lol!), good self esteem/body image and a great wardrobe full of pretty things and sexy (but well fitting!) shoes. And no bunions. Alas, I have none of that. So I wear what is comfortable and I'm grateful to be in a position where no one notices that I show up in black pants every. single. day!

Work outfits

I don't organize it at all. I usually just go with whatever I feel like wearing that morning - which depends a lot on the weather for the day. In my current job I have some days that I have to dress professionally and other days that I can dress pretty casually - so that comes into play too. I love dresses for days I have to dress professionally - so easy and more comfortable than a suit. But, I also love to wear dresses/skirts a lot anyway, so I also have a lot of more casual type dresses, for both the winter and summer. I almost never wear pants when I have to dress professionally. When I dress more casually, I have a lot of the Alfani pants from Macys that have been posted about here a few times (but I have the pants, not the capris.)

I wear what I like.

I usually only wear dresses. I hate pants.

On a rare occasion if it's FREEZING I'll wear black pants but I find that so boring.

In the summer on a rare occasion I'll wear colored skinny capris.

I also hate having to pick tops to go with bottoms and I suckk at that so I wear dresses only

EVERYTHING, literally everything in my work wardrobe is Black, White or Grey. That way everything goes together and it takes very little thought to get ready. I own about 3 pairs of black and 3 pairs of grey work pants, same in Skinny Capris for Spring/summer. Then I have a bunch of sleeveless tops (also B/W or Grey) that I wear on their own, or in the fall/winter....same shirts as spring, just have an assortment of black, white and grey blazers and cardigans that go over them. I have one pair of black pumps, one pair or black flats and one pair of black boots.

Thats it for work.

I wear whatever is clean and quickest to grab

A mix of pants and dresses/skirts. I hate my legs so now that it's summer I'll actually wear dresses less often because I can't wear tights. But I have a variety of pants and tons of dresses.

My dress code is business casual. I don't have anything organized, I just wear whatever I'm in the mood for & what seems to look good together & I usually go several weeks between wearing the same thing over again.
I get bored with black pants but I do wear them maybe once a week. I also have grey, brown, tan, and pinstripe pants so I can mix those with different sweaters or shirts depending on the season. In the winter I generally wear a sweater or long sleeve shirt with pants and boots or flats. I never wear dresses in the winter because I'd get too cold.
In warm weather I'll wear skirts, casual dresses, or capris with a short sleeve top, and a pair of sandals. Usually I wear a neutral cardigan over my top because my building can get cold with the air conditioning.

not super organized - i normally go on the weather for that day. Winter i get boring and wear black pants most of the time. I have black gray and tan and i normally pair with a sweater/long sleeve shirt and boots/heels.

summer i wear mostly dresses or capris with short sleeve/sleeveless shirts and heels. I have way more summer options than winter i feel. i rarely wear a dress in the winter bc I am always cold. haha

Work outfits

I live in black ankle dress pants with pretty, flowy tops, and then I dress them up with accessories or statement shoes or a blazer. A few good wrap dresses, too.

I am in the 'what fits my fat ass today" camp ..........I have a closet full of beautiful clothes ......that do not currently fit.
So, I'm rotating between wraps and sheaths that fit me .......
I am not a fan of pants unless I'm very thin (see above for current status ) so I'm usually wearing a dress.

My suits are all black grey brown and blue.I have cardigans and blazers in other colors for seasons. I wear shells most of the year in various materials, colors, patterns.

I have a few dresses and skirts. I love dresses in the summer but haven't had time to find ones I love.

I always wear a cardigan or blazer/suit jacket as our dress code is corporate / summer corp casual.

My shoes are are all pumps - nude, black and navy. Black booties in the winter.

I change which shoes depending on outfit but do not have time for accessorizing and storing big jewelry. I admire women who match accessories so well each day! I wear larger pearls or simple studs and a pearl or diamond pendant and my rings everyday.

My work wardrobe is mostly black or gray pants, patterned sleeveless blouses and black or gray cardigans. My office is freezing so I need a cardigan or blazer every day. I use my blouses or statement necklaces to introduce color and not feel so boring.
