Workers Comp question
Does anyone here know anything about it?
A few months ago I developed pain in my right wrist. My cousin is a PT and told me it was probably DeQuarvain's Tendonitis which alot of new moms get, and that it was probably getting aggravated by work (I do computers so obviously I am on the computer all day at work). I don't know if it could be Carpal Tunnel instead which another doctor suggested.
Anyway, a co-worker of mine told me I should fill out workers comp forms. But I don't know why, what they are for, if I qualify, if I should, etc.
I can tell you though that it has gotten MUCH MUCH worse lately and now the pain radiates up to my shoulder and just typing this was extremely uncomfortable. This doesn't happen to me when I use my computer at home, only here...I guess it's not ergonomically configured.
Any advice?

Re: Workers Comp question
Sure you can file a claim. THey will have doctors checking you out and pay you for the time you miss work if you qualify. They will pay to get you rehabed.
