Working moms of 2 or more please tell me this gets better..(im on the verge of tears)
I feel like giving up. I just started back to work last week and while I have a great support system with my MIL and my mom helping to watch the kids its still tough for me.
I feel like i dont get to spend any time with them during the week at all. And then giving the both of them equal time doesnt seem to work at all. During the week I dont see them in the morning before i leave b/c they are sleep and i get home at 7:30pm to spend like 1 hour 30 minutes with them before its time for bed. DD stays up later right now so i have a bit more time for her but with DS i dont get to spend as much time with him.
I am just almost on the verge of tears because I feel like i'm torn between having to work and wanting to spend more time with them. There is no way that I can't work. My only time with them is on the weekends.
I keep thinking that they are going to hate me and not even like me because i dont get to spend enough time with them.

Time will go by sooooo fast-when you spend time on the weekends with them-do really specials things with them-like the zoo, bake cookies. they won't remember the everyday things-only the time you did spend with them!!!

It absolutely, postively, DEFINITELY gets better. Weekends are a big deal in our house even if it's family movie night. Not to mention when they get older bedtime is later.
Like everything, it becomes a routine.
