Working out at home??
I have a crazy work schedule and I work about an hour drive away from my house. So, needless to say getting to the gym is very difficult. Can anyone recommend a work out that they do from home that I could work into my schedule? When it gets warmer I plan on walking, but its a little too cold (my asthma gets all kicked up).
ETA: I can't believe how much weight I put on since my wedding in October. Nobody notices it but me (so they say) so I would like to lose about 10 pounds.

I do Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. I have a couple of the DVDs and try to do them at night when the kids go to bed.

If you want to relax and workout, try yoga. It will help relieve stress while melting off the pounds.

It's the latest workout series from The Firm. ALL Firm workouts are GREAT...highly motivating! You see quick results too! Here's a link to the FIRM Direct website to read more about it, but if you plan on buying it buy from somewhere else. I bought mine from QVC.com. You can also try Collage Video and other places...
For a while we had our own "official" thread on the Diet & Fitness board, but hopefully once I get back on track after the move I'll revive the THREAD Definitely check out the thread...check out the 2nd page for links to three very motivating websites of girls on WW & working with the FIRM.

Re: Working out at home??
Windsor Pilates 3 days a week & the Core routine 3 days a week with one day off. They are both pretty low impact and easy to get started.
