Working out... low carbs...
and I am down 8 lbs since new years eve....

Congrats---how many carbs are you having a day? any suggestions on types of foods that are helping you??

There is no science to my diet.. which may be a mistake.. Here is what I do...
Whey protein shake for breakfast with a coffee, skim milk, and truvia
snack: greek yogurt with fruit and passion fruit green tea
Lunch: Salad with some kind of protein: Grilled Chicken, Cut up cold cuts, etc... with italian dressing and an orange
snack: cottage cheese and an apple OR 2 polly-os and an apple..
Dinner: Protein and veggies, and sometimes some brown rice or whole wheat pasta...
If I do weights, I have a protein shake after working out (which is 8pm after the baby is sleeping) and if I just do cardio, I dont have anything after dinner...
I only drink water during the day, and will allow myself a diet coke if we are going out to dinner or something..
Seems to be working!!! Good luck!!! I will keep you updated on any progress..
