I forgot to post on Friday!

Friday- walked about 4 miles- outside.

Sat & Sun Chat Icon

Today- tready for 15- ellip for 30- and weights for arms & legs.

yesterday - worked out with trainer and did back, biceps, triceps, squats, lunges, abs and obliques. Then 30 minutes on the elliptical.

I am going to try to get out of work at a normal hour and get to the gym. It has been a while. I have been taking a breeak because my joints hurt.

pull- ups - wide
lat pulldowns- close
push presses
shoulder presses
bicep curls

cardio- 25 min.

Stretched.

Hamstring curls
Leg extensions - drop sets to failure
BB biceps curls
Hammer curls

Too pooped for cardio!
Abs & stretch

You squat all the way down.
In the picture, the squat on the left is a regular power lifting squat, and on the right is the olympic squat. Olympic squats to me feel better than a PL squat.

Lat pulldowns
Seated close grip rows
Face pulls
One arm DB rows
DB overhead press supersetted with side laterals
Rear delt flyes
Abs & stretch
(Taking Bama for a long walk later)

yesterday - 1 hour Advanced Tae Bo (I'm going to start up on the elliptical again soon, but I really feel like the Tae Bo is such a great all over workout by itself, but I know it's important to vary)

eta: I ended up doing 30 min on the elliptical this afternoon

20 min of HIIT on the bike

Took Bama for a walk when I got home
