Workout RAVE!
So today I did a "functional training" workout and used the TRX training system at my gym. The TRX system is a series of suspension cables and you use your body weight as resistance. I did a circuit workout using the cables for things like pushups, bicep culrs,rows and pushups with pikes and then did things like body weight squats, mountain climbers, crunches and planks. Each exercise was 30 seconds long as many as you can bang out! AWESOME AWESOME WORKOUT! I totally recommend it!!!

I completely agree with you!! I love using the TRX at my gym. What an amazing arm workout I get every time. The push ups are always a killer for me!
