People are so F**** dumb.
this reminds me last week I was driving home from daycare behind a small jeep..the ones with no glass and just the cloth frame thing??
I see the guy driving, with his son in the front seat..young kid, maybe 6 or 7 and then i see a carseat somehow strapped in the back seat with the shoulder belt. There is no glass, so it was all open and wind blowing in the car; and the seat was forward facing so i couldnt see if there was a child actually in the seat, but the driver kept looking in the back seat, so i presume there was one. All i could focus on was the seat bumping around in that tiny car with virtually no protection.
