would another piece of furniture be too much?
Here is my entryway... (hey I never posted pics of the bench/shelf set from JCP, well, here it is!).
If I got a small accent table or corner table for under the flower print, would that make the entryway too cluttered?
lol my daughters head is in this one

Re: would another piece of furniture be too much?
I think a small table or plant stand would work great...I love the way it looks so far. I have very similar taste.
Ex - sort of like this one we have. I too wasn't sure if I had enough room but then loved when I put something there...and I have less space than you do.
Go for it! Image Attachment(s):

ITA
I think it would be a nice touch... and if it's any help, I'm REALLY anti-clutter.

Me personally, I would stick with the black furniture. I would maybe do dark wood if it was very dark, but then again, I am a person who likes things to match (probably too often!).
For the poster above who asked where I got it, I got it at Ethan Allen 4 years ago (and at that time luckily it was a clearance item). It was listed as a plant stand.
I say definitely put something there. Tina73 also put a small table in her corner recently and showed us pics, and it looked great.
