Would anyone like to join the next session of Becky's Boot Camp at Eisenhower with me?
I was originally thinking of doing the Sept. program but I think I may start with the Aug. program. It is $299 for 3 days a week or $324 for 5 days a week for 4 weeks. I need to do something to get my fat arse into shape.

what exactly is it? do you need to be in good shape to begin with? how long are the daily sessions?
